7th May 2025Congratulations to Brock University‘s Experiential Education award winners, Team Europe, on their provincial recognition!
A group of five students brought together by their shared international backgrounds, Kathryn Daly, Laurenz Kuna, Jakob Kräutle and Carlos Kley (pictured left to right) are students in the BBA Co-op Double Degree program from Ireland and Germany, while Luisa Neidhart is a German exchange student.
Recipients of Experiential Education’s 2024 Student of the Year award, the team connected through a service-learning project in a Business Ethics course at Goodman. Working with a start-up company, Remember MEdia, they developed Mission, Vision and Values statements to support its purpose-driven growth in connecting people with dementia to their memories and loved ones.
Their impact also earned them provincial recognition, achieving Experiential & Work-Integrated Learning Ontario (EWO)‘s Experiential Learning Student of the Year Award for the University category 👏
