Reinforcement for the Faculty of ESB Business School at Reutlingen University
We are very pleased to welcome Prof. Dr. Nadja Gentner to Reutlingen University. From 01.04.2026, she will strengthen our faculty ESB Business School, Reutlingen University teaching and research at a professorship in business administration.
Previously, Prof. Dr. Nadja Gentner was Deputy Head of People & Events at TNG Technology Consulting. After studying psychology at the University of Ulm, she made a name for herself in particular in the areas of computer-aided learning, as well as digitization and scaling of HR processes. In research and practice, she set important accents in the fields of business psychology in the field of tension between work organization and technological changes, which are now also being further developed at Reutlingen University.
🚀 𝗜𝗕𝗙 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁‘𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗿𝗮𝗽! ESB Business School’s International Business Fair filled the Reutlingen Stadthalle with energy, ambition and community.
Accenture. Bosch. Deloitte. Kärcher. KPMG. L’Oréal. Würth and many more!
𝟱𝟱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 joined us, from global powerhouses to hidden champions and innovative family businesses. And the recruiters didn’t just show up, they came looking. For sharp minds, bold thinkers, the ones who ask the right questions and come prepared. And our students delivered.
That’s no coincidence. Our students know what an ESB career fair has to offer: direct access to industry leaders, real career opportunities, and a network that opens doors others can’t.
23 out of 55 companies brought 𝗘𝗦𝗕 𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 to their booth, some as many as three. Our students didn’t just meet recruiters; they met people who once sat in the same lecture halls and walked the same path. Alumni who chose to come back, not because they had to, but because they wanted to support the next generation. That’s not just a network. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘂𝗽.
A massive 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂 to the 55 companies, our returning alumni, our many students who took the opportunity and the brilliant ESB Career Center and their student team, who made IBF 2026 happen.
