FGV – Fundação Getulio Vargas 78 anniversary.

FGV commemorate its 78 anniversary. To celebrate the date, they honor the people who write daily the best chapters of their history: otheir collaborators. There are 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 years of dedication to the Foundation. They are the protagonists of the countless achievements over the years and the construction of the future we dream of. With the presence of fgv president Carlos Ivan Simonsen Leal, the event took place at the Cultural Center of the center of the office, in Botafogo, and at the FGV Auditorium July 9, in São Paulo.

Dublin City University Business School ranked in the top 95 in the Financial Times Ranking

In November 2022, Dublin City University Business School announced was ranked in the top 95 Business Schools in the 2022 Financial Times Rankings, one of only three Business Schools in Ireland to achieve this ranking.

The FT Ranking of participating business schools is recognised as a strong indicator of the quality of education provision because it is largely determined by programme and alumni ratings.

Dublin City University Business School had strengthened its overall position in Ireland by ranking 1st for citations and has joined second in the subject area of Business & Economics [Ranking of 126-150] in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2023.

 

ESB Business School Professors recieved teaching and research award.

University honours innovative teaching and research: Research and teaching awards go to ESB Business School

Congratulations to professors Anna Goeddeke and Daniel Palm for winning Hochschule Reutlingen‘s teaching award and research award!

This year’s research prize was awarded to Prof. Dr. techn. Daniel Palm for his research achievement in the field of supply networks. It yields valuable results in managing disruptions, risks and their effects on the supply chain. It also enables the improved organisation of supply as well as the recycling of parts or materials after the first use in the sense of a circular economy.

Reutlingen University also attaches great importance to supporting and promoting its teachers. In this context, making good teaching visible and rewarding those who promote it is a significant concern. This year, the Reutlingen University Teaching Award, also endowed with 5000 euros, goes to Prof. Dr. Anna Göddeke. Among other things, she teaches the subject of microeconomics and bases her teaching on scientific findings.

 

New International Business Podcast by D’Amore-McKim School of Business.

The D’Amore-McKim School of Business’ international business and strategy group is launching the International Business Today podcast. Episodes will explore the most critical business issues through the lens of cutting-edge research.The first episode will launch on Wednesday, January 18th.
