ESB Cyling for Charity enters the critical training stage.

17 students, 1,700 kilometres, 1 ESB Spirit. In around two months, students from the BSc International Management Double Degree programme will again be pedalling for a good cause in the ESB Cycling for Charity fundraising bike tour – for the 20th time. The destination this time will be the Spanish port of Alicante.

During the run-up and the entire tour, the students are raising funds for two regional donation partners: the Förderverein für krebskranke Kinder Tübingen e.V. and Integramus e.V.

In the coming weeks, the cyclists will prepare intensively for the rigours of the tour. But not only physical fitness will be enhanced: The students will also be responsible for planning the exact route, the organisation of accommodations and the entire logistics of the tour. With the acquisition of sponsors and events during the run-up, they will quickly fill the donation box.

Dr. Manuel Francisco Suárez Barraza, academic from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla received a research award from the International Partnership Business School during the last meeting held in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with the IPBS.

NC State Poole College of Management future location

North Carolina State University will commission a design study to establish the overall space needs, costs, and location for a new building for the Poole College of Management.

Poole College is currently housed in Nelson Hall on NC State’s main campus but is quickly outgrowing the space with over 4,400 students and nearly 200 full-time faculty and staff. Read more. ➡️ http://ow.ly/kb0050MMjgE
