UDLAP HOSTS ANNUAL IPBS MEETING

Dr. Roberto Solano Mendez reported that the annual IPBS meeting will take place at the UDLAP facilities. There will be about thirty deans and directors of the areas of Business and Economics from universities belonging to IPBS in attendance. “The consortium consists of 10 universities whose business schools have a high reputation for the international approach and professional practices that offer their students. For UDLAP, this is the only educational institution in Latin America that belongs to the network.” Dr. Solano Mendez further explained that the intent of this annual meeting is to analyze the possibilities of how to strengthen the network and discuss and make decisions on the inclusion of new partners to enlarge. “We are working to see where we need to incorporate new business schools to open up students the opportunity to visit them they and study, thereby allowing our young people greater opportunities for internationalization.”
