INBOUND STUDENTS
The following documents must be sent by the home institution by email in a pdf file to incoming.udlap@udlap.mx as part of the student’s application.

  1. The name must be used exactly as it appears on the passport.
    • The citizenship information must be entered correctly. If the student is a dual citizen, it is important to inform us of both citizenships.
    • Under Permanent Address, the address where the student lives when he/she is not at school must be used. This is most likely the parent’s address.
    • Mailing Address: The address where the student lives while at school must be used. If this is also the permanent address, it is not necessary to fill out this section.
    • Current Level of Study: The student must indicate if he/she is enrolled at an undergraduate or graduate program as well as specifying the year (first through four) in which he is enrolled at his/her home institution.
  2. Copy of valid Passport (or official ID)
  3. Official academic transcript from the student’s home university with the institution’s signature and stamp (transcript must be translated into Spanish or English)
  4. One front view passport-size photo, in colour and white background, with a minimum resolution of 300X300 px. This photo is mandatory and must be delivered in JPG format. The file should be titled with the student’s full name: first name(s)_last name(s). We cannot accept cropped photos from trips, social media, events, selfie, etc.
  5. Course selection form with two options of courses in order of priority.
